I've got one car that's over seven years old and I didn't even know where the dealer's service dept was until last month when they offered a free inspection. Our other vehicle is only a couple of years old and it's been in and out of service more times than I can count.<BR/><BR/>In the latter case, one recurrent problem drives me nuts.
